2. Special precautions:

(1) Non operators are not allowed to operate the machine casually. When the machine is in automatic operation, the operator should not place their hands under the sealing knife or within the range of electric eye sensing to avoid safety accidents.

(2) When the machine is running, operators should not place their hands on the rolling parts of the front and rear conveyor belts to prevent their hands from being pinched or drawn into the machine.

(3) When the machine is running automatically, the safety door should be closed to avoid contact with the sealing device, which may cause burns, pinching, or cutting hazards.

(4) When the machine encounters a product alarm or other malfunction, first press the emergency stop switch and change the operation mode from automatic to manual. After clearing the fault, release the emergency stop switch and switch back to automatic operation.

(5) Pay attention to the film delivery section, and close the safety door when the machine is running. Do not touch it with your hands to avoid injury.

(6) If the high-temperature adhesive tape cracks, it must be replaced to avoid affecting the sealing quality and the service life of the sealing knife. When there is adhesive film or other debris stuck on the sealing knife, it needs to be wiped clean with a cotton towel. When cleaning, it is necessary to be in manual mode and press the emergency stop switch. When doing the above cleaning, to ensure safety, the main power supply must be turned off.
