If not cleaned in time, it will damage the smoothness of the friction pair surface and even the entire component. Some packaging machine friction parts have adjustable gaps between contact surfaces in order to achieve ideal contact conditions. When the equipment is delivered for use, these gaps are generally adjusted, but after using the packaging machine equipment for a period of time, the gaps may change due to load, vibration, and other reasons. In order to ensure the requirements of contact accuracy, adjustments must be made. The gap between the skateboard (block) and the guide rail can be adjusted by adjusting the movement of the wedge-shaped iron (insert strip), the axial and radial runout clearance of the cylindrical roller bearing, and the axial movement of the pressure plate on the outer ring of the bearing.
(4) Pressure regulation of packaging confidential sealing ring
The commonly used sealing rings are usually rubber sealing rings with or without a skeleton. Its main function is to seal oil and prevent dust. Due to long-term friction, the contact surface will experience varying degrees of wear, and the sealing ring itself will become loose, which will affect the sealing effect.
